Oracle $(ORCL)$: Shares slid premarket after the software and cloud-computing company reported larger-than-forecast capital expenditures related to its data-center buildout.
Super Micro Computer $(SMCI)$: Shares rebounded premarket, following a 28% drop Wednesday. Investors dumped shares of the server maker after the company said it would raise $7 billion in a series of equity offerings to help satisfy growing demand for its AI servers.
Micron Technology $(MU)$, Broadcom $(AVGO)$, Advanced Micro Devices $(AMD)$, Marvell Technology $(MRVL)$: Shares advanced premarket, following a slide in companies tied to AI over the last two days.
Hugo Boss (XE:BOSS): Shares of the German apparel company climbed after Mike Ashley's Frasers Group (UK:FRAS) said it would launch a cash offer of around $2.29 billion to take full control.
Adobe $(ADBE)$ and Lennar $(LEN)$ are among the companies that will report results today.
