Salt Investments (SGX:FQ7) established two oil distribution companies, Harbourworld Energy Ltd. in British Virgin Islands, and Harbourworld Energy Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, according to a Sunday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Both companies will focus on oil distribution and logistics management of physical oil supplies.

The marine and shipping company has a direct 51% stake in each company, which are currently dormant.
