0921 ET - DraftKings' 1Q results make it hard to tell whether its performance is driven by sports outcomes, or structural changes within the company, Stifel analysts say. DraftKings' online sports betting hold was ahead of expectations, but the company's disclosures didn't make it clear what drove outperformance, the analysts say. DraftKings opted not to quantify the impact of outcomes versus structural changes on hold, according to the analysts, which is the amount of money wagered that the sportsbook keeps. The analysts add that while management said performance exceeded expectations, the company didn't raise its full-year outlook, which was viewed as conservative when it first came out. DraftKings is up 4% premarket.(katherine.hamilton@wsj.com)
