一季度固定资产投资平稳增长，基础设施投资增长较快。
4月16日，国家统计局公布的数据显示，1—3月份，全国固定资产投资（不含农户）102708亿元，同比增长1.7%。
其中，民间固定资产投资同比下降2.2%。从环比看，3月份固定资产投资（不含农户）增长0.52%。
分领域看，基础设施投资同比增长8.9%，制造业投资增长4.1%，房地产开发投资下降11.2%。
高技术产业投资同比增长7.4%，其中计算机及办公设备制造业，航空、航天器及设备制造业，信息服务业投资分别增长28.3%、19.0%、20.9%。3月份，固定资产投资（不含农户）环比增长0.52%。
分产业看，第一产业投资2334亿元，同比增长15.9%；第二产业投资36765亿元，增长5.8%；第三产业投资63608亿元，下降1.0%。
工业投资同比增长5.8%。其中，采矿业投资增长15.0%，制造业投资增长4.1%，电力、热力、燃气及水生产和供应业投资增长9.0%。
基础设施投资同比增长8.9%。其中，航空运输业投资增长43.3%，水上运输业投资增长34.1%，电力、热力生产和供应业投资增长9.2%，生态保护和环境治理业投资增长9.0%。
分地区看，东部地区投资同比增长0.7%，中部地区投资增长1.9%，西部地区投资增长1.0%，东北地区投资下降10.0%。
分登记注册统计类别看，内资企业固定资产投资同比增长2.1%，港澳台投资企业固定资产投资下降5.0%，外商投资企业固定资产投资下降6.3%。
