4月16日，国家统计局公布数据显示，3月份社会消费品零售总额41616亿元，同比增长1.7%。其中，除汽车以外的消费品零售额37875亿元，增长3.2%。1—3月份，社会消费品零售总额127695亿元，同比增长2.4%。其中，除汽车以外的消费品零售额117727亿元，增长3.6%。
按经营单位所在地分，3月份，城镇消费品零售额36125亿元，同比增长1.5%；乡村消费品零售额5491亿元，增长2.7%。1—3月份，城镇消费品零售额110574亿元，同比增长2.3%；乡村消费品零售额17121亿元，增长3.1%。
按消费类型分，3月份，商品零售额37257亿元，同比增长1.5%；餐饮收入4359亿元，增长2.9%。1—3月份，商品零售额113072亿元，同比增长2.2%；餐饮收入14623亿元，增长4.2%。
按零售业态分，1—3月份，限额以上零售业单位中便利店、超市、专业店零售额同比分别增长8.3%、5.1%、0.5%；百货店、品牌专卖店零售额分别下降0.1%、4.2%。
1—3月份，全国网上商品和服务零售额49774亿元，同比增长8.0%。其中，网上商品零售额31614亿元，增长7.5%，占社会消费品零售总额的比重为24.8%；在网上商品零售额中，吃类、穿类、用类商品分别增长17.2%、 11.6%、3.6%。网上服务零售额18160亿元，增长8.8%。
