April 1 (Reuters) - Wall Street's main indexes rose on Wednesday, building onto their biggest one-day gains in nearly a year, after President Donald Trump's comments suggested an end to the Middle East conflict could be close. .N

At 13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.98% at 46,793.40. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 1.21% at 6,607.83, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 1.74% at 21,965.36.
