Iranian state media said Saturday that a U.S. strike had hit a hospital in Khuzestan province in the country's far west, and just to the north of the Persian Gulf. The Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, or IRIB, posted a video on X that appeared to show extensive damage to the interior of a hospital, including a partially collapsed ceiling.

The IRIB said the hospital is in the city of Andimeshk. A spokesperson for the Pentagon didn't immediately respond to a request for comment.
