伊朗威胁以水雷封锁海湾航运，令全球能源市场面临新的地缘风险。
据新华社援引伊朗法尔斯通讯社23日报道，伊朗国防委员会发表声明说，一旦敌人攻击伊朗的海岸或岛屿，伊朗将立即在波斯湾所有航道上布设各类水雷。声明称："任何攻击伊朗海岸或岛屿的企图，都将导致海湾地区的所有通道……被布设各类水雷，包括可从海岸释放的漂浮水雷。"
此前有媒体报道，美国正考虑对伊朗主要原油出口枢纽——哈尔克岛实施占领或封锁，以迫使伊朗向所有航运重新开放霍尔木兹海峡。该岛承担伊朗约90%的原油出口。
伊朗国防委员会同时提醒，非交战国只有与伊朗协调通行安排，方可通过霍尔木兹海峡。
此事件加剧了市场对全球石油供应中断的担忧，推高了地缘风险溢价，导致油价应声上涨。截止发稿，布伦特原油价格日内上涨近2%，报108.49美元/桶。
