Following the latest purchases, Fivespan Partners owns an initial 5.1% stake in BlackLine's outstanding stock. Shares of BlackLine have lost approximately 28.2% of their value since the beginning of this year.

Smith & Nephew $(SNN)$ Cevian Capital II raised its stake in the medical-device maker to 81,687,136 shares. Cevian Capital II did so through the purchase of 4,921,822 Smith & Nephew shares from Jan. 20 through March 13 at per share prices ranging from $15.84 to $16.53.

Decreases in Holdings

International Seaways $(INSW)$ Famatown Finance reduced its stake in the crude-oil tanker company to 7,810,494 shares. Famatown Finance did so through the sale of 456,362 International Seaways shares from March 9 through March 10 at per share prices ranging from $75.34 to $75.62.

Following the latest sales, Famatown Finance continues to own a 15.8% stake in International Seaways' outstanding stock. Shares of International Seaways have gained roughly 47.6% in value since the beginning of this year.

DHT Holdings $(DHT)$ BW Group lowered its stake in the crude-oil tanker company to 7,764,504 shares. BW Group did so through the sale of 1,496,677 DHT Holdings shares from March 11 through March 12 at per share prices ranging from $17 to $18.45.

Following the latest sales, BW Group continues to own a 4.8% stake in DHT Holdings' outstanding stock, placing BW Group below the 5% threshold that would require the company to report further sales. Shares of DHT Holdings have gained approximately 49.1% in value since the beginning of this year.

PBF Energy (PBF) Carlos Slim lowered his stake in the petroleum refiner to 24,746,098 shares. The Mexican billionaire sold 1,723,000 PBF Energy shares from March 5 through March 13 at per share prices ranging from $39.99 to $46.72.

Following the latest sales, Carlos Slim continues to own a 21.2% stake in PBF Energy's outstanding stock. Shares of PBF Energy have gained approximately 65.1% in value since the beginning of this year.
