Saudi Arabia Expels Iranian Embassy Staff -- WSJ

Saudi Arabia said Saturday it had ordered the Iranian Embassy's military attaché, his assistant and three mission staff to leave the kingdom within 24 hours, declaring them persona non grata over Iranian attacks.

Iran's continued targeting of Saudi sovereignty, civilian infrastructure, economic interests and diplomatic premises constitutes a clear violation of international laws, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement. The kingdom warned that the escalation would have serious consequences for relations, the statement added.
