Israel is investigating how two Iranian missiles slipped past its defenses and injured more than 100 civilians in two separate incidents late Saturday, according to military spokesman Nadav Shoshani. Both involved direct hits by conventional ballistic missiles on cities in southern Israel, Arad and Dimona.
Shoshani said Israel has had an approximately 92% successful interception rate against more than 400 ballistic missiles launched at the country by Iran since the war began. All of the victims of Iranian missile fire in Israel have been civilians, he added.
