ATHENS, Jan 12 (Reuters) - Greece has hired BofA Securities, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley as joint lead managers to sell a new 10-year bond, according to IFR, the country's first debt issue this year.

The syndicated transaction will be launched in the near future subject to market conditions, IFR said.
