America was well on the way to controlling AI technologies globally, from the get go, from IBM to Google and Meta powered by Nvidia chips more specifically, even AMD struggled to match. Now that America has decided to limit and stop the use of it's home grown technologies only to itself and "allies", the DeepSeek Sputnik moment heralded the arrival of China, thanks to Biden's AI Diffusion Rule and limitation on H100 and Blackwell GPUs to China. Thos coupled with the severe backlog and cooling challenges, notwithstanding high power requirements has forced China to fast forward it's own development through Huawei and SMIC.

Restrict here and there , end result will be America businesses buy Nvidia. The rest of the world buy AI Chip from China. It is foolish to think only America capable of producing cutting edge technologies
