SoftBank-backed Compass downsizes U.S. IPO

March 31 (Reuters) - SoftBank Group Corp backed Compass Inc has downsized its initial public offering in the United States, the real estate brokerage said in a filing on Wednesday.

The company said it would now look to raise up to $475 million in the offering, down from up to $936 million it was aiming for earlier.
