Hong Kong-listed storage concept stocks saw further gains in the afternoon, with CSOP SK Hynix Daily (2x) Leveraged Product surging over 16% to a new all-time high, bringing its year-to-date gain to over 940%. CSOP Samsung Electronics Daily (2x) Leveraged Product rose over 7%.
South Korean stocks also saw further gains, with the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) rising over 2%, breaking the 9000-point mark for the first time to 9062.89 points, a new all-time high, and bringing its year-to-date gain to 115%. SK Hynix surged over 8% to 2,725,000 won, also a new all-time high, with a year-to-date gain of 319%.
