Premarket Movers | Allbirds Surges 20%; WeRide Jumps 8%; McCormick Gains 4%

American Exchange Group (AXNY) entered an agreement on Monday to buy all ​the assets and liabilities of ‌footwear maker Allbirds for $39 million. Allbirds shares surged 20.1% in premarket trading.

WeRide shares umped 7.9% in premarket trading after Uber disclosed a 5.82% stake with 56.6 million shares. Meanwhile, WeRide disclosed HKD 188.7 million share buyback in Hong Kong filing.

Unilever said on Tuesday it was in advanced talks to combine its food business with spice maker McCormick ​in a potential deal that would deliver $15.7 billion in cash and give shareholders majority control of the merged entity. Unilever shares rose 1%, while McCormick rose 3.7%.
