NIO Inc (NIO) reported that adjusted profit from operations turned positive at S$241 million for the three months to Dec, 31 2025, reversing losses in the preceding quarters.
Fourth-quarter revenue jumped 76 % year on year to S$6.64 billion, driven by record vehicle deliveries of 124,807 units. The deliveries comprised 67,433 NIO-branded premium vehicles, 38,290 ONVO family models and 19,084 FIREFLY small high-end cars. Vehicle margin improved to 18.1 % from 13.1 % a year earlier.
Net profit for the quarter was S$54 million, compared with a loss a year earlier. Cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash, short-term investments and long-term time deposits stood at S$9.0 billion at the end of the period.
For the full year 2025, revenue rose 33 % to S$16.8 billion and vehicle deliveries increased 47 % to 326,028 units. The company recorded a full-year net loss of S$2.9 billion, narrowing 33 % from 2024.
Looking ahead, NIO expects to deliver between 80,000 and 83,000 vehicles in the first quarter of 2026 and projects revenue of S$3.5 billion to S$3.6 billion for the period.
