Chicago Fed President Austan Goolsbee said again that the Federal Reserve may need to react to supply shocks that do not fade on their own.
Speaking at an event on Tuesday, Goolsbee said, "I think we have to consider responding to these persistent shocks. Corporate profit margins are still high but are narrowing."
