On Friday, large-cap technology stocks experienced widespread declines. At the time of writing, Tesla Motors (TSLA.US) fell more than 2.5%. Advanced Micro Devices (AMD.US) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (META.US) both dropped over 2%. Alphabet (GOOG.US, GOOGL.US) and NVIDIA (NVDA.US) declined more than 1.5%. Broadcom (AVGO.US) slid over 1.4%, while Amazon.com (AMZN.US) decreased more than 1%. Apple (AAPL.US) saw a modest dip of 0.33%. The three major U.S. stock indices also retreated, with the Nasdaq Composite down 1.2%, the S&P 500 falling 0.85%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average declining 0.53%.
