Jeff Bezos's space company Blue Origin has submitted a proposal to the Federal Communications Commission for "Project Sunrise," a plan to deploy a constellation of up to 51,600 satellites. The initiative aims to leverage the launch capabilities of its New Glenn rocket to provide space-based computing services.
