Social media was abuzz on the evening of February 4th with reports that Jack Ma had made an appearance at the Q&A Spring Festival project team's office located within Alibaba's Hangzhou headquarters, presumably to show his support and boost morale.

An Alibaba employee shared their surprise, stating, "It was completely unexpected; I looked up and there was Teacher Ma!" Another added, "He was wearing a hat and looked quite relaxed. I quickly went over to take a picture... Preparing for a massive treat, happy to celebrate the New Year."

It is noteworthy that this visit comes just one day before the official launch of the Q&A Spring Festival campaign. Recently, the Q&A App announced an investment of 3 billion yuan to initiate a "Spring Festival Treat Plan," aiming to cover the cost of dining, entertainment, and leisure activities for people across the country during the holiday period through a free-of-charge model. This Spring Festival event is scheduled to officially go live on February 6th.
