Dow Futures rose 0.19%, S&P 500 Futures rose 0.13%, Nasdaq Futures rose 0.12% as sentiment leaned cautiously constructive after chip volatility.

Rocket Lab rose 2.89%. NASA selected the company for three dedicated Electron launches across two science missions starting in early 2027.

ON Semiconductor fell 6.84%. The company agreed to acquire Synaptics in an all‑stock deal valued about $7 billion, with a 1.350-for-1 exchange ratio and roughly $200 million in projected annual synergies.

Micron Technology fell 2.07%. Shares eased as investors locked in gains following a sharp post‑earnings surge on stronger-than-expected results.

SanDisk fell 1.08%. The move followed a prior session rally alongside memory peers after Micron’s blowout report.

Chip stocks was mixed, with Cerebras Systems (CBRS) rising 1.54%, Applied Materials (AMAT) rising 1.44%, Marvell Technology (MRVL) falling 1.15%.
