Resorts World Sentosa announced the appointment of Si Chen as Chief Operating Officer, effective Dec, 1 2025.

The resort operator said Chen will assist Chief Executive Officer Lee Shi Ruh in executing strategies, managing and developing core businesses, and overseeing day-to-day operations and guest experience across the 49-hectare integrated resort.

Chen brings nearly 20 years of regional gaming and hospitality experience, having held senior leadership roles covering operations, marketing and strategic initiatives at other integrated resorts.

The appointment, disclosed on Oct, 20 2025, supports Resorts World Sentosa’s leadership renewal plan under its ongoing “RWS 2.0” transformation programme.
